Turtle Point

Turtle Point is an Aquatic habitat that consists of a shallow pool designed to look like a natural lagoon located next to a sandy beach.  The sand dunes are also home to indigenous plant life.

At Turtle Point, guests can view a variety of different endangered and threatened turtle species, including Green Sea Turtles and Loggerhead Turtles.  In all, SeaWorld has rescued and rehabilitated over 300 different sea turtles.  Some of these have been mere hatchlings while others have been impressive four foot long leatherbacks.

Since turtles are not very active, it doesn’t take very long to take in this attraction.  For those interested in learning more about these slow-moving creatures, however, there is a staff member available to answer questions.
