The Universal Music Plaza Stage

Situated right next to the Hollywood, Rip, Ride and Rockit roller coaster, the Universal Music Plaza Stage is a reworking of the the old Boneyard stage and provides a permanent stage for live concerts during the park’s Mardi Gras, Rock the Universe, Summer Concert Series and Universal Holidays events. It is also used to project videos for the waiting queues of the Haunted Houses during the park’s Hallowe’en Horror Nights events.

The venue is standing room only, and best suited for fair weather - there is no cover from rainstorms. This tends to be the main stage and usually has the last performance of the night. This is also where the candlelight vigil usually took place at the end of Saturday night's event to close out each year's Rock the Universe.
