The park's main entrance, Hollywood Boulevard is a palm tree-lined re-creation of Tinseltown's main drag during the LA Golden Age of cinema. Most service facilities are here, interspersed with eateries and shops. Merchandise includes Disney trademark items, Hollywood and movie-related souvenirs, and one-of-a-kind collectibles obtained from studio auctions and estate sales.
Hollywood characters and performers entertain on the boulevard, and daily parades and other happenings pass by too.
The most noticeable structure located at the far end of the park is Mickey's Sorcerer's Hat (made famous from Disney's classic movie Fantasia), one of Disney's Hollywood Studios' icons. Behind the Sorcerer's Hat is a replica of Grauman's Chinese Theater, and the attraction The Great Movie Ride, which pays homage to a host of several classic American films, including Casablanca and The Wizard of Oz. Guests of the park will be treated to parades such as the Pixar Block Party Bash, which travels the length of Hollywood Boulevard.
