Boasting authentic Bedouin tents and exotic handicrafts, Egypt is synonymous with pyramids, mummies and the ancient pharaohs. A replica of King Tut's partially-excavated tomb awaits visitors, along with the Montu roller coaster. Named after the Egyptian falcon God of War, this 150-foot (46 m) steel roller coaster has seven inversions, a giant vertical loop, an Immelman loop and a zero-G roll… and that's only the beginning!
For those who like to shop, the Montu Shop offers special Montu themed souvenirs and other Busch Gardens memorabilia, such as t-shirts, shot glasses, and sunglasses. It can be found near the exit to the ride. The Golden Scarab, which is located next to Tut's Tomb, contains Egyptian trinkets, jewellery, and other Egyptian-themed souvenirs.
Snack opportunities are available in Egypt with Dippin' Dots Ice Cream and at Pyramid Joe's. Dippin' Dots provides a variety of spherical shaped ice cream flavours while Pyramid Joe's offers frosted lemonade, soda, and baked popcorn.
