Disney Quest contains the latest technology combined with the best imagination of the Disney's.There are 5 zones in which to lose yourself for a day, full of play and fun. The best thing is admission is charged by the day and you can even leave and return at leisure within the day.
Disney Quest opens at 11:30 a.m. on all days and closes at 11 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays. It remains open until 12:00 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Be sure to reach early and rush to the 'Explore Zone' to avoid long queues.
There are various video games, pinball machines and much, much fun to be had at Disney Quest - in short something for everybody. The 5 zones house specialized games engineered to reflect the zones.
You can race through the city of Agrabah to release the Genie in 'Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride', search for hidden treasures on the 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for Buccaneer Gold' or shoot through the rapids in the 'Virtual Jungle Cruise'.
Here you can go with your crew on a rescue mission in 'Invasion! An Alien Encounter', jump into action in 'Mighty Ducks Pinball Slam' or change into a superhero and enjoy the 3D comic book battle in 'Ride the Comix!'
Here, you can unleash your artistic talents by painting at 'Living Easels', assemble your own toy to take home at 'Sid's Create-A-Toy', create your own CD from over 20 styles and 1000 vocals at 'Radio Disney SongMaker'. Not to forget is the opportunity to create and ride your own rollercoaster at 'CyberSpace Mountain'. You can round up everything by having a hilarious time at 'Magic Mirror', which is bound to show you up in a new light.
You can have your dose of rides and action in this zone with various games designed with live action in mind, like the bumper car race at 'Buzz Lightyear's AstroBlaster'. In here, the modified bumper cars or 'astroblasters', with plexiglass windows and seating 2, bump into each other or keep shooting big 'nerf' like balls called 'asteroids' at each other. Hitting the pink starburst on front and side of 'astroblasters' with 'asteroids' make them lose control and spin 360 degrees. The 'astroblasters' keep collecting 'asteroids' when driving over them. It is an absolute riot inside, where you have be at least 5'1".
'Midway on the Moon' is a great place for young kids, with fantastic games to enliven their experience at Disney Quest. There are various games like 'Skee-Ball' and others, where the points they score are traded for prizes at the 'Intergalac Ticket Trading Post'
Disney Quest Food Court:
Disney has made sure that you will never want to leave Disney Quest for want of food - lunch, snacks, and dessert are available in plenty at the venues operated by Cheesecake Factory.
The 'Food Quest' on 5th floor serves salads, pizzas, sandwiches and other counter service items, while 'Wonderland Cafe' on 4th floor serves delicious desserts and specialty coffees. You can even email your friends and family or surf the net while enjoying the food.
